These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Kalkine Limited (“Kalkine”, “we”, “us” and “our”) and contains the terms that govern your access to our website, use of it and equities research services, including accessing our reports, e-letters, recommendations, blogs, model portfolios, podcasts and videos (“the Services”).
Regulatory status and client classification
Kalkine Limited is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference number 579414.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing we will treat you as a retail client as such term is defined in the FCA Rules.
We are authorised and regulated by the FCA as a media firm on the basis that we will disseminate information about our views on investments through research papers and similar materials that are available through subscription. These research papers do not take into account the particular circumstances of our subscribers and therefore are not intended as investment advice which falls within the scope of the FCA Rules relating to suitability. If you are in any doubt as to whether the investments referred to in our research are suitable to your personal circumstances you should obtain independent financial advice.
Opening your account
To be eligible to open an account and use our Services, you must: (a) be an individual who is at least 18 years old; (b) be capable of entering into a legally binding contract; (c) have a valid email address, phone number and home address; and (d) have a valid debit or credit card or UK bank account.
In opening an account, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the website’s registration form; and (b) maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable ground to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining and protecting the confidentiality of your login details, which consists of your email address and password. We are not responsible for any unauthorised access and use of your account unless we have failed to take reasonable steps to prevent such access or use.
Pricing and refunds
We can review and alter the prices for our subscription packages at any time. Any change to the prices will be displayed on our website. If you are a new user and decide to cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of purchasing it, you will be entitled to a full refund of the subscription fees. You must send a cancellation request within the 14-day period by post to Kalkine - 63 St Mary Axe, London EC3A 8AA
If you are an existing user/past subscriber, you are not entitled to any refund within or after the 14 - day period.
Reproduction of material
All material published on our website is owned or provided under licence by us. You may only republish content in our free newsletters if you acknowledge the newsletter as the source and provide a hyperlink to it.
You must not:
• remove, change or obscure in any way anything on our website; or
• reproduce, retransmit, disseminate, sell, publish or broadcast the website and any of our Services available on the website including but not limited to content only accessible via paid subscription.
Use of Copyright Material
All material published on our websites is owned or provided under licence by Kalkine. Content in the free e-letters may be republished only if you acknowledge the e-letter as the source and provide a link to its dedicated website. Content in our paid subscriptions is not to be reproduced, forwarded, or disclosed without our prior written permission.
We have the right to investigate any breach or complaint about any violation of these terms and conditions by you. We will take any necessary action to protect ourselves and may report any unlawful activity to the relevant legal authorities.
Accuracy of information
The information on this website has been prepared from a wide variety of sources, which to the best of our knowledge and belief after conducting reasonable investigations, is accurate. You agree to indemnify us in respect of any liability incurred by us for any loss, cost, damage or expense arising under any theory of liability (including but not limited to, tort, statute, equity or contract) we suffer as a result of your negligent or wrongful acts or omissions, or your breach of these terms and conditions, but only in the proportion that represents the extent to which the loss, cost, damage or expense was caused by your negligent or wrongful acts or omissions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Changes to terms and conditions
We may modify, update or otherwise alter the terms of this agreement at any time. If we do, the new agreement will be posted on our website, and we will notify you by email of the new terms if you have an Account. Your subsequent or continued use of our Services will constitute your acceptance of any changes.

Kalkine is committed to providing a transparent and accessible service to everyone we deal with, and we hope to make your experience with us an excellent one. If you have a complaint about any of our services, you are encouraged to contact us at- 020 39847166 with full details of your complaint. We will aim to resolve and provide a substantive response within three business days of receipt. If you're not happy with the response or you don't get an answer from the business, then you may have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service and we will provide you with further details of how to do so with our first response to your complaint.
